How many athletes per coach or lane can be managed during training?

Each coach is responsible for a group of athletes based on their capability to ensure effective training. Typically, there are 6 swimmers per lane, but we can adjust according to your specific needs.

What is included in the package (meals, accommodations, therapy, and sightseeing)?

Our primary offer includes full-board meals, with light snacks and water during training sessions. Room arrangements range from 5-star hotels to campsites, tailored to your needs. Special requests, such as massage therapy or physiotherapy, can be added. A basic sightseeing tour is also included, with more options available upon request.

How detailed are the itineraries, and can parents get specific schedules?

We provide comprehensive itineraries, covering all aspects of the journey and transportation. Personalized vouchers, including full itineraries and contact details, can be provided to parents upon request.

What is the process for obtaining visas, and are all athletes eligible?

A Schengen Visa is required for entry into Greece. Depending on your country’s requirements, we can either supply the necessary documentation or guide you on how to obtain it. There are no nationality bans.

Can we organize competitions during our stay?

Yes, we can arrange anything from friendly meets to multi-day tournaments based on your request.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our standard policy includes a 20% deposit upon confirmation, 60% payment 15 days before arrival, and a 20% final payment upon arrival. Cancellations up to 15 days before arrival incur a 20% fee; cancellations after this period are non-refundable.
